Animal Cruelty Most Be Stopped!!

After reading this article, I'm about to be sick:( The artist's "conception" was to show that not until death, is our plight/self appreciated. However, not helping a starving animal, and letting him die inside an art gallery, is animal cruelty, and in the U.S., most likely you'd receive jail time.
Read the whole thing, and tell me your thoughts. Please sign the petition if you want to stop this kind of thing.
